Gomez had an issue with his knee last week, got an injection for it. So not in the best shape

I’m not disheartened going into this game in that I know we are going to win. I’m disheartened in that that win isn’t part of any story of success. It’s just some consequence of putting enough money on a football pitch enough times against much less money.

I said we should’ve flipped Gomez two years ago. I know he‘s a fav but we need availability.

Joe’s knee is f***ed and he has missed over 200 games over 11 season from a litany of injuries. 
I really like him but he’s not reliable and can’t play long enough to get fit. 
He won’t play 3 consecutive games in the rest of his career. 
Dom shouldn’t play at RB but who else can?
