Ronnie Whelan Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 Classic stuff. He was a like a petulant child.
Chili Palmer Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 'Did you players learn anything tonight? 'Couldn't care less.' don't think that will help improve your players attitudes Roy...
sean Posted September 24, 2008 Author Posted September 24, 2008 Fans are gonna love him too. He slaughtered them also.
lammyrider Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 he stood out side the northampton dressing room and congratulated every player.so he has a bit of class at least
Flasher Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 I think Keane will be a very successful manager to be honest. If he gets a big club in the future, he'll do well.
Guest Ant Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 Like Anny Road said, since he's become manager. He has become a tad bit likeable, and when I say a tad bit I actually do mean a bit.
johngibo YPC Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 I think Keane will be a very successful manager to be honest. If he gets a big club in the future, he'll do well. He's spent f*** loads of money on average players
Chili Palmer Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 He's spent f*** loads of money on average players I heard on the Radio that he has bought something like 100 players in his 3 years.
Eskimo Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 He's spent f*** loads of money on average players That's the problem though, no decent player will fancy a move up there at least not while they are mid-bottom table team. If they were an established top 6 team, say, regular UEFA etc he'd stand a better chance in the meantime he's got to make do.
NWR Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 He's spent f*** loads of money on average players Why are we talking about Benitez now?
jon_hall Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 £20 mill on Torres. How much did you pay for Berbatov again?
Ronnie Whelan Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 £20 mill on Torres. How much did you pay for Berbatov again? But Berbatov is the new Cantona dont you know.
stressederic Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 But Berbatov is the new Cantona dont you know. No chance he'll ever kick anyone in the crowd. He'd have to do a run up for it and that's never going to happen.
fyds Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 Why are we talking about Benitez now?The Chuckle brothers are Mancs too, aren't they? At least try and be funny ffs.
Ronnie Whelan Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 Heard on the News there that Keane has threatened to quit if the fans keep giving him abuse.
matty Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 now where's my sunderland scarf... Worth getting a season ticket for...
Hassony Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 hated him then, hate him now. agree, i can't get my head around any liverpool fan who have anything but hate for this c***
oakie bob Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 was talking to a few Sunderland fans in work last night, they think Keane was right with his reaction to the performance
ManxRed Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 (edited) Every time the World's Biggest Hypocrite Slur Alex gobs off in the press about players putting in career threatening tackles and how disgusting it is, I always immediately think of this c*nt, and how massive a c*nt he actually is. Ronnie Whelan Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 Every time the World's Biggest Hypocrite Slur Alex gobs off in the press about players putting in career threatening tackles and how disgusting it is, I always immediately think of this c*nt, and how massive a c*nt he actually is. And then there is the fact that he walked out on his country. And then there is the fact that he colurs his hair. And then there is the fact that he is a filthy manc c***.
Cam Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 But the getting at some of the fans is brilliant. I hate all this PC, namby pamby, good PR rubbish of "the fans are the best and I love them" crap. Martin O'Neill may have gone down in most people's estimations after the summer but you've still got to respect the fact that he never hid his disdain for some of the Leicester fans whilst still at the club for their early reactions to him. Clough was clearly a gobsh*te but the best thing he ever did? Hitting that Forest fan.
