Who are these two pathetic f***ing pricks who present it?

15 minutes of bitter, ridiculous, childish abuse about Liverpool, praying for bankruptcy, relegation,

belittlement of our champions league win, etc etc.

Thank god I don't have to watch this s***, i was in a bar and couldn't escape it.

fox soccer channel

I've just come back from New York and some of the Fox coverage of American sports - that they should know about - was bad enough!

All the presenters on there are muppets - although it's worth watching for the Comedy mispronunciations every time.

It is however (for us N.American based folk) one of the few regular specifically "soccer" (I hate that so much) shows. Needs must.....

That’s would be Nick Webster (who isn’t too bad) and Steve Cohen – Chelsea fan and g******* extraordinaire.. He’s even worse on his daily radio show (allegedly) but I refuse to listen. I do however has his email which I respond to occasionally to correct him when he starts on Hillsborough and Heysel – and his phone number so I can phone him up and have a go occasionally.

He’s invited me onto his radio show but I refuse to do it as he’ll only use that to promote his show…

I used to watch it last year when Steve Cohen (the most anti-Liverpool prick this side of the world) co host was an actual Liverpool fan. Now that he's gone, I try not to watch the show on advice of my Heart Doctor who worries for my blood pressure. The both of them are so anti Liverpool that is is quite sad really.

I have a question for those of you who were at Anfied the other night for the FA match replay against Luton. I watched the match on Fox Soccer Channel and it seemed that all the noise came from Luton as Anfield sounded eerily quiet. Reading through the press the following day there was some mention of constant chants of support for Rafa, and I admit I heard some on TV. But the noise from Luton fans was overwhelming. Was it so? Or is it some cheap trick from the whichever TV company it was that relayed the match to the US?

I was subjected to the dross spurned by Cohen for several years when I lived in the US. Thank god I saved myself from going permantly bezerk purely through blood pessure complicatons. My TV took a sad pounding whenever he came on (yeah i know I wasn't forced bt it was the closest thing to footy discussions there). I am not surprised he's still singing from the same hymn book. Is Nick still co-hosting the tv and podcast show?

I don't know about the podcast show but he is certainly co-hosting the tv show with his "know it all broad smile".

Talking about the viewing public of EPL in the US, I was surprised to see the other day that the average US TV audience for a premier league match on Fox Soccer Channel is 3000,000 people. Add to that the numbers from Setanta, whichever they are and whilst it doesn't yet compare with the 1.18 million UK TV viewers, it does show that the English League is quite popular around these parts. Apparently over half a million viewers watch Madrid Barcelona he other day.

Over on Setanta which you must pay for separately on direct tv, there is a guest on match days called Pat Dolan who on the other hand seems to have a soft spot for Liverpool as far as I can see.

They must put the sound equipment in the Annie Road as you can usually hear the away support even when it is poor. In many cases it sounds like we are the away team.

Ahh. It makes sense. Thanks. I must admit that often times, I have to turn the sound off just to preserve my sanity.

I watched the phone in show once when if first came on a few years back.

The Chelsea fan is an absolute k****ead and should never be allowed anywhere near any kind of media production. Did the Liverpool fan bail out, or was he kicked off the show? He was also a bit of a dope.

The show on Saturday and Sunday afternoons is OK as they show some decent highlights and have a good old chat about the games.

I was in a sports bar for the early NFL game on Sunday and they had the Bolton-Blackburn game on almost all the big screens before the NFL game kicked off. There were quite a few people watching the game and actually paying attention to it.

They have a seperate room on Saturday and Sunday for the Spanish and Italian games on GOL TV & FSC, the room is always packed out with Hispanic families who seem to have a blast.

Could it be that the microphones are placed pretty much evenly around the stadium. But since the away supporters that sings are more concentrated in one particular area whereas singing home supporters are more spread out but in larger numbers the TV sounds make it seem like the away end is more loud?

My theory anyways

Yeah Pat Dolan now works for Setanta. He's a former player and has been manager of two of the biggest League of Ireland sides St. Pat's and more recently Cork City. He's not afraid to speak his mind and sees the bigger picture so he has great time for Benitez and Liverpool.

Not a great advert for the Premiership that match though was it?

no it wasn't, but the good thing was that people were actually watching the game. I was also asked a few questions about the teams by some of the guys I was with.

I live in Arizona and i am stuck watching Fox Soccer Channel. For one Fox Football Phone-in is a joke. Anytime any Liverpool fan calls in to make a logical comment or ask a reasonable question they jump to anothe subject or ignore that person. One ok the anchors on there is a Chelsea fan and i cant wait to tune in next week to se his face after we defeat them tommorow! Another thing that ticks me off is that they hardly air Liverpool! Its always BS games like Bolton and Fulham or Derby vs. Manchester United. Its Derby who wants to watch that. Instead of airing Man U vs. Liverpool they had Chelsea vs. Arsenal. which is a good game but show some love to the Reds Fox!!

Foxsports, FSC or whatever they brand themselves as around the world is utter bollucks. Nonsense opinions by two-bit pundits.

You get more sense out of ESPN, which is damning by faint praise.

Tonight on the Fone In they were talking about how boring chelsea and liverpool games have been. Which i had to scratch my head. How can you call last years Champions League Semi Final boring? It was a piece of work to watch! Completly gripping legs and amzing penalty finish! They finally said something that i agreed with. They said that David Beckham has done jack s*** for the mls which i agree with 100% He is too "tired" to do interviews but yet he goes out late nights with celebs and parties. He needs to step up or leave soccer all together cause quite frankly i am sick of his rubbish!
