Leave the other striker on, who hasn't scored for ages and is not fit because he's the medias' darling

 

Take off a midfielder who shouldn't even have been near an England shirt in the first place, but leave Carrick on (who wouldn't win a race with Hamann) and leave Super Frank on because he's the greatest central midfield player ever.

 

Takes off the defender who is the least popular with the press and leave on another defender who is one bad tackle away from a red card because he is popular despite playing s***.
