i actually think Suarez cutting in from the left could well be his best position...kinda like Villa for Barca. Luis links play well, is quick..great close control, has a fantastic pass on him....seems ideal for an inside left position.. Ideally..

we can blame the ref all we want, fact is 11 vs 11..we were poor with our final ball being awful Once we went down to 10 we at least added some pace into our game......gotta stop with this carroll nonsence too, hes blatently abysmal and the whole shape looks awful when he starts

Of course with the way he left,I think some maybe have forgotten how good he was..I knew I had! I watched the season reviews from a couple of years bk...Torres really was so fking good for us and at his peak blew Suarez out the water,though of course very different players..still there was something unbelievably special about him. And we forward to now and Torres looks a shadow of his former self..is it injuries? Or somethingmore serious? For me I'd love to know exactly what the real reasons are...cos there is definetly something very very wrong with him

we were outstanding tonight! lucas before the injury was awesome yet again!....thought Coates had a quality game.

i dont wanna slag him , and not support him and yes i hope he comes good..BUT i thought he was shocking tonight....we had 10 outstanding performers and one who was simply awful.

he was sensational today, up against maybe the countrys current best midifeld in toure..and lucas shamed him, made him look pretty average.. Dont think im overestimating this, but that was one of the great anfield midfield performances....would love to see a video of just lucas` play throughout the game, friggin stunning.

As much as i want downing to succed..i dont think this is the game to bring him back..i cant see him getting much change out of Richards, this game needs to be all about high energy, Kuyt guarantees us that.....we need to win this game in midfield, if we simply go at them and allow to much space in midfield we will be overun for Lucas and Adam are far too slow, they need support.

Bellamy will be well up for this game. We just put in a fantastic performance at chelsea...no reason to change it in my opinion.
