I thought he was actually okay on Saturday. In fact, he made one tackle that was defo a glimpse of the Masch we know and love and had our lot on their feet. Agree that now is the time for him and Dirk to step up.
Just watching the match again and remembered this: Here Great to see Dirk help Nando keep his composure after Vidic had gone through the back of him. A team of captains.....
To my mind, he's more of a box-to-box man than Masch. Closer to Gerrard, if anything. And, yes, him, Masch and Gerrard would be close to my dream midfield.
I would love to work with Rafa or be his mate.... I wonder if Jim could fix it for me.... Well done - you've just described your posting profile in four words.
I'M sure it's been mentioned before but maybe the problem with playing Babel on the right is the lack of protection he would've given Kelly (a raw 19 year old making his debut in an unfamiliar position)?
Lol! Why did you bother coming back? It was crap like this that got you "bullied" last time....... You have an agenda. You don't like Rafa. We get it. Move on.
That Garry Richardson on Sportsweek (Sunday mornings) is a real blert though. Always tries to sound like he's challenging the interviewee but is usually asking them a question they cannot answer or one that he knows they won't answer. And he has this annoying habit of saying "tell me, please" whenever he asks a question - I know it doesn't sound that bad but just listen to it for yourselves.
