  1. You want Rio included despite him having hardly any extended run outs in the league, but there's no McConnell or Moreton included in the sales list because presumably they weren't squad players (we got £15m for Moreton), then you tell George his argument is crap
  2. Brentford fans are largely delighted to get him, I remember one of Ali's prolonged freak injury breaks and suddenly realising that after 10 games it didn't even enter my thoughts that Kelleher was in goal, subconsciously I trusted him totally, he's a great keeper.
  3. We sold more than we bought in. https://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/ins-and-outs-liverpools-2025-summer-transfer-window

  5. It was Rogers once in lifetime opportunity.
  6. My immediate reaction to that was that we weren't going to do it, Hendo was so pivotal at that point and we had nobody else even close to him. Has anybody mentioned the Aspas corner, that was worthy of a proper hate campaign.
  7. Simply HAS to be the right answer.
  8. I have posted on here before that Joe is sound as a pound but a bit dim. I can back this up but can't be arsed.
  9. That is a mad call, not just unreasonable (and yes, I was at the game when he fcked it up in the last minute against the Mancs). The only bitch I had with Emile, he was built like Joe Frazier but was a proper soft s****.
  10. Top 5 Diouf Ruddock Mignolet Konchesky Voronin
  11. I've met Phil a few times, I think he's sound, We've had far worse on here, still do,
  12. MacAllister is great in the air considering his height. On the other hand Gravenberch and Gakpo would get bullied by Dolly Parton.
  13. Summed up nicely. Very frustrating player, good lad like, but does my head in sometimes.
  14. I still think Mignolet letting a rolling ball go out for a corner which whilst they didn't actually cost us a goal (I think) was the most inept football I've seen from a Red. Having said that I hate Mignolet so much it pains me so I'm probably talking bllocks for a change.
  15. He gets in the way as often as does something good! He's the absolute modern day super sub when we learn how to control games for 90 minutes, his retention is off the scale but he's a liability when we are at full throttle.

  17. He's often right Des, which is annoying because his prime motive is attention seeking half the time,
  18. Alphabet soup subs again, and if I were Endo I'd fck off before the end of the month, never playing is going to finish him and he isn't the only one. Rio needs games too, there's dynamite in that kid if they give him game time to mature. Jones does my head in, he's good at what he does but what he does isn't what we helps in most scenarios i.e. breaking down inferior sides and playing fast attacking football. Let's be honest, the fault line is this team is still there, I'm sick seeing break out with players popping up in 30 yards of space running at us 40yards out. Arne isn't the man, much as I like him as a person.
  19. It's a great piss take when you're dominating and winning. Lighten up.
  20. Backheels are why people shout ole! Are you an Allerdyce fan?

  24. I think the size of the defeat and performance could be the big factor here. A good show and 1-0 would be status quo, a shyte performance and a 3-0 loss might be the death knell.
