  1. He's been available this year for practically every game.

  3. So who's the 'non injury prone' right back backup then? You're saying we have one right back and two who aren't but can play there hopefully?
  4. He's not been injured this season nor the end of last season. If he's not injured and not getting a game at all then sell him, don't rely on him to step up some day soon in the future, it's bolllocks.
  5. Well fcking sell him then!! He had a great run a while back, he's class and if given the chance will prove it. If you're talking about injury prone right backs I have bad news for you, we've got 3 of them!
  6. Gomez is unfit because he never gets a fcking game!
  7. Palace are miles better than us at the moment.
  8. Alison Gomez Virgil Konate Robbo Dom Mac Grav Wirtz (Rio if not fit) Chiesa Isak
  9. Neither did Arne. He has Palace in fourth playing very good stuff, in what way is he not a manager for Liverpool, we've had a varied bunch since Souness.
  10. I am in no doubt whatsoever we will be spending, I'm also in no doubt it won't be Arne spending it. The three signings from Palace should be Guehi, Warton and Glasner, this would have an immediate enormous impact although we do need fullbacks too.
  11. I think we raid Palace. Three names, you know who they are, on 1st Jan. This would be a statement and cost a few bob but it would definitely improve us immensely in a flash. Don't think Palace would be very pleased though, serves the cnts right for beating us twice.
  12. Shout (possibly).
  13. Spot on. But he does worry me, he's fcking brain dead, it's like putting an 18 year old academy kid in there.
  14. He's lost the players. mind, there a few players we need to lose too.
  15. Having you two in the wall would help, the other 8 can concentrate on marking.
  16. They weren't backing out so much as arriving too late to make the tackle without fouling the opponent. We are a yard short everywhere on the pitch at the moment with gaps appearing all over the place.
  17. Good point Paul. However you would surely just get reconciled to it and blank it out at some point, it's not like losing a child for example, now that would affect you for the rest of your life, sometimes a parent too. But most people just remain sad but get on with life, I still don't think it's impacting the team to the point it's a major factor in form in November. I'm so sorry to hear that mate. With all due respect everybody is different and I don't see a collective of people with differing processing of grief will all be affected to the degree some are suggesting. I think it's a very small part of why we are shyte at the moment. But what do I know.
  18. I think this being overstated now. Some players will be dealing with this better than others but to blame our performances to any great deal on Djota's death isn't how humans in the main react. People get on with their lives, there is no option here. Djogo was a colleague, a friend and clearly a lovely person, what happened was a terrible tragedy but it was months ago and they are professionals. To blame a lack of form in November on this makes no sense to me. People lose children and parents yet simply have to get on with their life, counselling helps, anything that helps is more than welcome but I don't believe his passing has had an impact on how well they play football months after the event,

  20. We've already got a star studded attacking line up and we've scored one goal in 270 minutes.
  21. Innit. Found out at Chelsea and PSG.

  23. I don't think so. On a scale of 1 to 10 in the YNWA witch burning stakes I'm probably a 4. I thought we'd turned a corner after Villa and in particular Madrid but against counter attacking side we get over run and Arne doesn't seem to know how to stop it. His substitutions are literally throw the balls up in the air and see what happens, left Gomez on the bench and left Dom at right back, it was glaringly obvious there was no plan. Joe on the right in a back three released Dom, it's basic stuff this.
  24. Sadly this 100% correct.
  25. Fact. I bear him no malice, quite the contrary. A very decent man who defied gravity for a while, don't want him lumped in with Brendan and The Hodge.
