Not of their standing there isn't. I would settle for them in division two with new owners having settled the financial stuff with the clubs impacted by their cheating. Plus I want them stripped of everything they won from 2012 to the current day. ....and reallocated. But I don't take delight in clubs this big going to the wall. it's not the fans fault although lots of them have acted like right feckin berks but then that's par for the course with football fans.

You can't 'disinvent' Manchester City Football Club. They've been playing football for over 100 years, mostly in the shadow of their neighbours ffs. Relegation and all that involves for sure, new owners but I wouldn't want them folded. Thirty years back I had a pint with their fans, united in our hatred of United.
