Think Bayern Space was going on about it last summer. If Bayern Space ends up being right about Oliseh (he was linking City too) and Alonso alongside his obvious genuine insight into Wirtz, then he truly does deserve all of our first borns. 1

I remember rumours of a reasonable release clause but looks like it doesn't exist. Yeah it seems unlikely - but would be the only way of making him getable The other thing you have to factor in with players in Germany is that the overall standard of the league. It means that good players put up much better numbers - and can be fresher for things like CL 'cos they're not playing full on every game like in the PL. Players that go from the PL to there generally look much better - and players coming to the PL generally struggle initially
Swipe Posted 14 minutes ago Posted 14 minutes ago If it did exist and he fancied leaving he’d have the likes of city after him. I’m not being a Debbie downer but we’ve looked so bad and miserable this season I don’t see someone of that profile joining. He’d want to go somewhere to get instant titles.

goodrobotusses Posted 4 minutes ago Posted 4 minutes ago Not sure why Bayern would give a player a release clause that is about the same as they paid for the player in the first place.

I think it was rumoured to be £85m. They bought him for £50. Max Eberl has said he doesn't have one, though.
