Bailo Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Strange this, quite a big coup though. Offal? LFC TV will become the world's first club channel to broadcast a live competitive full international match when Fernando Torres and his Spanish teammates take on Bosnia-Herzegovina tonight.UK viewers will be able to watch the World Cup Qualifier live on LFC TV or through Liverpoolfc.tv with an e-Season Ticket. With Torres, Pepe Reina and Albert Riera potentially involved, this is a must-see clash for Liverpool supporters – and LFC TV is the only place Spanish fans in the UK will be able to watch the game on their television screens. Kopites will be praying Torres comes through the fixture unscathed ahead of a crucial week in our season. Liverpool's No.9, who has been in awesome form for the Reds this term, limped off during his country's victory over Armenia at the weekend but a scan last night revealed no muscle damage. Spain are one of only two continental teams with a 100 per cent qualifying record. The European champions have been in scintillating form, scoring 23 goals and conceding just three in their nine games to date. Their place in South Africa next summer is already secure - but the likes of Reina and Riera will be going all-out to impress boss Vicente Del Bosque as he looks to finalise his World Cup squad. Though Spain have a number of injuries ahead of the Group 5 encounter, stars such as Xabi Alonso, David Silva and Andres Iniesta are all set to line up. The game kicks off at 7pm, so make sure you're tuned into LFC TV or the official website from 6.45pm. LFC TV was previously only available as part of the Setanta Sports Pack but this season the club have made the channel available for free on Sky Channel 434 and as part of the XL Package Virgin Media channel 544. If you haven't seen LFC TV before, this is your chance to watch the first channel dedicated entirely to England's most successful football club for free.
john_lfc Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Will be watching England myself Good luck to Torres & co though
Bailo Posted October 14, 2009 Author Posted October 14, 2009 Even if I supported England I don't think I could be bothered watching the game tonight.
john_lfc Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 I dont even 'support' them, want them to do well though. Yano, being English an all that. Just want to watch Rio f*** up again!

floyd Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 I want to watch Torres. Sitting on the benchmuch better than listening to that fvckin band, go on and fvckin on with 3 tunes.
Rich Gobey Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 i might watch Autumnwatch then have a w*** i'd rather chop my hand of that watch f***ing England I hope they lose Watch the game, chop your w***ing hand off and do it with the other, it'll feel like someone else is doing it for you. HTH.
Sion Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 It's got to the stage where i'm like a parent worrying about their kids when it's getting dark outside. If Torres plays i'll just be pacing up and down infront of the TV looking at my watch.
anny road Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Watch the game, chop your w***ing hand off and do it with the other, it'll feel like someone else is doing it for you. HTH. right, but why watch the game?
fyds Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 i might watch Autumnwatch then have a w*** i'd rather chop my hand of that watch f***ing England I hope they loseThink I may have spotted the flaw in the plan there...correct sequencing is essential!

Swipe Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Was a good match. Have to say though, that LFC TV commentator is desperate. Really poor.
Jarg Armani Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Was a good match. Have to say though, that LFC TV commentator is desperate. Really poor. there's only about 3 good commentators in the english speaking world though. same with goalkeepers. they're mostly woeful.
Swipe Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 there's only about 3 good commentators in the english speaking world though. same with goalkeepers. they're mostly woeful. True. He's particularly bad though. Gets things wrong, speaks in cliches and goes off on weird tangents.
