Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 I think he'll start tomorrow with Kuyt. Along the 'foreigners won't like playing against him' lines Is it 7 subs named? I'd like to see Fowler get some more minutes on the pitch.
floyd the barber Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 also reckon finnan might get a rest with carra starting at right bk.

McBain Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 I think Crouch, Fowler and Garcia will all start
Falconhoof Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 Crouch will start. Can't see Fowler starting.
Guest Jodus Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 also reckon finnan might get a rest with carra starting at right bk. No chance, unless Finnan is tired - more chance of Carra starting away to Bolton. We need Finnan's attacking ability tomorrow. Too big a game to chance Fowler, no match time in the last 3 games. Crouch and Kuyt for me, Garcia at RM, Stevie starting left...
Leo No.8 Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 I think you'll see Carra and Agger at centre-half - Hyypia will probably be rested and back in against Bolton, who will be looking to launch endless throw-ins and corners into our box as ever which the big fella will love heading out. Might see Agger get a rest in that game perhaps.

Beardsley Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 Think he'll start Bellamy to give him another chance to score, and Crouch.
Dule Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 SHould go Kuyt and Crouch so we can bomb in some crosses from the wings to them. Gala is going to sit back, so it will be hard to break them down. But with them two in the box, we will have a great chance to win some headers if they are playing.
Bootle Buck Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 Kuyt has played in the last 5 games and may be on the bench. I wouldn't be surprised to see Agger there too.
Andy-oh-six Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 It'll be Crouch and Garcia up front for me.
Repington Posted September 27, 2006 Posted September 27, 2006 Garcia instead of Gonzalez - otherwise unchanged.
Boca Posted September 27, 2006 Posted September 27, 2006 It'll be Crouch and Garcia up front for me. Fowler will be well pissed off if that's the case.
Leo No.8 Posted September 27, 2006 Posted September 27, 2006 (edited) You look at the way Rafa rotates - Sissoko hardly ever gets a break because his stamina levels are so high he rarely needs one. I think much the same will be true for Kuyt, who only missed one game in five years in Holland. I think he'll play in the majority of games if he keeps his form, and it'll be a question of who plays alongside him much of the time... Edited September 27, 2006 by Leo No.8
Huyton_Red Posted September 27, 2006 Posted September 27, 2006 (edited) also reckon finnan might get a rest with carra starting at right bk. That would be madness I think garcia will definately play, probably on the left, with crouch coming in alongside kuyt Edited September 27, 2006 by Huyton_Sissoko

With Pennant and Luis on the wings we are going to see plenty of good ball into the box and i think the boys will have a field day.
