This, above all is why he should stay. I doubt very much Rafa wants him to leave, so the people in charge of sorting these things out need to get a move on. Having said that, I've always maintained that once Rafa signs, Agger will. Having said that, Whadda we want? Yanks Out, Whendawewannit? Now.

You never know he might catch MRSA. Karmically it's the least he deserves. It's another little stutter for them though, anything that interrupts the rythym is a bonus. Just a shame Wigan couldn't turn a good performance into a goal.

United will miss Rooney. Their attacks are built around him and their matchgoing lot reckon he's the one they can't afford to lose. FWIW I rate Tevez too, scores big goals. There's no downside to this injury though, stop looking for one.

Course they are. I'm probably just grateful to read one that makes some kind of sense, i've been trying to do the bbc one for hours, it's pointless but i'm climbing the walls waiting for the next few games here. The only thing of any worth i've achieved is relegating tottenham and newcastle. not to be sniffed at.

I think a lot of it is that. maybe not on here as much but in the pubs certainly, in the ground too.

he's not wrong. you've got a point about his tone and delivery, i was made up reading the quotes on here, when i saw it i felt a bit uneasy. still say it wouldabeen a masterstroke if we'd won, and it still could have a positive influence.

almost? well you're almost right then.

not saying it had any effect on the games. saying that then winning puts pressure on united. saying it then drawing pretty much gives united that little bit of extra motivation.

yep. it's really really depressing, just like his drogba one. i still love him for saying it, but we desperately needed to win once he had.
