  1. But Rooney sold his soul when he went to work for that f***ing c*** of a newspaper. THAT is why he shat on the City of his birth.
  2. Which match is it from? Which others from our mob can you see?
  3. Even a broken clock is right twice a day...
  4. How long til a bluenose comments that LFC have paid for this holiday?
  5. Have a word Song of the day: Babel-time - FACT!!
  6. Any substitution that pleases the opposition can't be right, surely? It seemed to give them a lift and we lost our shape and momentum for a while afterwards. How would you feel if it's 1-1 against Utd and Ronaldo got taken off? Or Rooney? I'd be made up!!

  8. It varies dependant on what each of them does. Neville played for Everton and the Mancs so is a shoe in to be very near the top of the list. Stubbs is a bitter c*** who shoots his mouth of and speaks b******s. Cahill is a dirty, moaning, c***. Moyes is a typical bluenose and acts in the way you'd expect... moaning, bitter, and generally a t***. Kenwright makes me laugh and is a figure of fun, plus he gives many a quoteable quote to take the mickey out of them for...
  9. STOP Babel Time!!
  10. Erik Meijer.
  11. We don't even know for sure what the f***ing question is!?!?!?!
  12. In that case: London - Arsenal/Chelsea Athens - Olympiakos/AEK Athens Glasgow - Rangers/Celtic Lisbon - Benfica/Sporting Milan - Inter/AC Rome - Lazio/Rome Istanbul - Besiktas/Fenerbache Can't think of the 8th...
  13. Aaaahh.... got it now... you mean this season??
  14. For example if it's just cities who have got into the competition you've got: Glasgow London Bucharest Milan Turin Rome Prague Istanbul Lisbon just for starters
  15. Isn't it meant to be who have got to the Semi's in European Competition?

  18. Cracking post. But regarding whether the picture is genuine I'm led to believe that it's common knowledge who the killer is...
  19. Aurelio may well prove to be a very, very important player for the remainder of the season as for me he's our best bet in what is probably our weakest position (with the possible exception of left-wing whilst Kewell is out and Babel is finding his feet).

You're all taking the piss out of Big Wayne but imagine the following scenarios: A cricket in the nets getting bowled ever couple of balls. A golfer hardly holing a putt on the practise green. A heavyweight boxer in sparing getting bingoed by a bantomweight. All Wayne did (from what I can remember) was comment on the fact that he came across as nigh on being afraid of the ball in the warm up... and he speculated that that might not be the best sign in the world for a goalkeeper. The fact that even basic saves were slipping through his grasp and he hardly stopped one effort going in was another comment as I remember. And as I said at the time... I'd commented on the same thing and how they don't exactly fill you with confidence? Obviously you can't judge solely on a warm up, but if there's something so obviously good or so obviously bad you can use that to make some kind of assessment. I seem to remember posts about Ibrahimovic doing kick-ups with chewing gum... the Ronaldinho crossbar thing (even though it's fake)... Maradona dancing whilst doing kick ups to the tune that wa splaynig over the tannoy... Boro fans going crazy over Tuncay for a bit of skill in a training session etc etc. What's the difference? And I'm sure that the next time we sign someone and Elisha or someone posts about how a new player is looking good in training I assume everyone will dismiss what they say and comment about how you can't start to form an early opinion about someone from actually seeing them training/warming up... or will it be taken how it's meant... it's a good sign, promising, but not definitive as you can't tell until they play week in week out and show what they can do? This fella is clearly so far short of what we'd need if Reina was injured that the thought of having to play him in any game of importance scares the f***nig s**** out of me!!
  22. From the stories I've heard (a mate of mine works with his missus) he's the perfect gentleman.
  23. Graham Taylor
  24. Stephen Bywater is a very good keeper IMO. He's playing in a s**** team with a s**** defense and his confidence has been affected big time. He's definitely Premiership class and I reckon he'll get an England call up within 3 years.
  25. I know. And the stewards were a lot more reasonable (and sensible) than against Derby, It's going to take a fair few games to get the balance right.
