You're absolutely right. From now on there will be no more negative remarks about Liverpool players. Traoer was great. I really miss our best ever right back Josemi. We all dream of a team of Tanners, etc. This is not 'slagging' off Traore, it is a discussion with one person saying he thinks he's good, and another saying that he is not. Blind love is required at Anfield, but not on a discussion board. Please keep in mind that we are trying to build a team to win the Premiership title and regain our European Cup. We are not building a team to try and get into the playoffs in the Championship. Traore is a Championship player, and no more. We need to have the top 1% of players in their position in our team. We have that with our central midfield. We need it in the wings at full back and midfield now.

I cannot for the life of me see how anyone can say that Traore had many excellant games, because he didn't. He was and is a liability who cannot pass the ball more the 10 yards. The amount of times he actually passed the ball out of play when trying a simple 15 yard pass up the lineto Kewell or Riise was astonishing. Calling him superb is just plain wrong. He is a stop gap, and a poor one at that. He cleared one of the line in the final, but he was also there for the first half shambles and Rafa was taking him off before it was realised that Finnan was injured, so Rafa was all that impressed either.

I suppose it's funny to see him have a go, but I personally prefer it when we don't comment on other teams. When Ferguson comes out with such a comment I always think it lacks a little class. I have accused Mourinho of been a voyeur in the past over his comments, so I would be a hypocrite if I applauded Rafas comments. Still made me smile though, but I bet fans of other teams just think Benitez is obsessed with Chelsea. Having said the above, someone did point out that all football fans are hypocrites and I agree with that and I am laughing at Rafas comments to be fair. I would imagine that Mourinho will use this in his pre-match wibble ahead of playing us.

Tell you what though, if Parry is using this Del Nido stuff as a cover so he doesn't get involved in a bidding war for Babbel, then fair play to him.

I doubt this very much. Both Carra and Gerrard would be out the door within the week. Why would either of them play the next two (minimum) years of their lives in the lower leagues? Nobody should fool themselves on this loyalty thing. Before Gerrards first dalliance with Chelsea no-one would have even considered Gerrard would have left, but look how easily his eye was turned.
