I don't think I'm been paranoid. Crouchs 1st goal against Wigan, everybody did all they could to take it off him when his initial shot was on target. His goal against Newcastle when it went in off the post - BBC and SKY dedicated about 5 miinutes of slow motion replays to see if it had hit Givens head on the way in, when it clearly hadn't. Yet Johnsons shot is very VERY clearly going wide before it hits a defender and goes in, and nothing is said? It all depends on who is flavour of the month. For Gods sake, Rooney has a shot in the Euro Champs for England that hits the post, comes back out, hits the goaly in the head and goes in and the press are more then happy to give it to him. The stats for that game were laughable! Rooney : shots on target - 1, goals - 2. A joke. What's that got to do with whether a goal is given as an og or as the strikers?
