What a signing so far. Keep knocking them in!

Looking a shell of a player at Bournemouth. I don't remember last season having too many issues defensively for them. I think he's struggling with the system. He is going have to adapt when playing for a team who hold a higher line.

That's a f***ing disgrace from Newcastle. On your home turf, and intentionally go out and destroy football from being played. Even the Bitters didn't stoop that low.

As much as I've enjoyed our late winners over the past two games it is not sustainable over a whole season. We've now thrown away two, two goal leads in two games. It's a concern, our in game management from last season has appeared to have completely evaporated. This season we are starting games strongly but finishing them poorly, a complete opposite of last season. Going forward we look like we're in tune but without the ball something isn't quite right systematically. Anyone pinpoint the issue?

Good first half, awful second half. Patterm emerging so far this season. Starting well then tailing off as the game goes on. Our game management is becoming an issue. -

Mancs huffed and puffed, they could've played for another ninety minutes and still couldn't score. Arsenal were just happy to sit back and absorb the pressure. Good win for the a*** though if they play with the same negativity for the rest of the season they'll not win the title. -

Both Palace and Bournemouth have given us headaches defensively particularly on the counter attack. Gravenberch is a big loss in midfield he gives us that extra solidity across the back four. It's definitely needs to be sorted because the opposition will get a lot of encouragement from what they've seen over the past two games. -
The technique and composure on the shot was excellent. Didn't try to blast it, placed it with the outside of his foot. Touch wood he stays fit for a good while, could be a valuable member of the squad this season.

His performance against Plymouth is all but forgiven.

It's no surprise we've become disjointed with these subs but Arne has had to make them because some of the starting eleven haven't been at the races today. The opposition have looked stronger and more hungrier as the game has worn on and that is a concern. -

Defence is letting us down big time here. It's a major weakness and needs rectifying before the end of the month. 2-0 up at home, and we've not managed this game well at all. -

Indeed, hope he's banned from the ground for life, no need for that s*** if he has racially abused him. No one should be defending him. -
We need a centre back more than we need Isak but both would be ideal.
-
Despite all of this Isak drama, surely a decent centre back is more of a priority for the squad?

I have a soft spot for them only because my mother, uncle and nan are huge blues. They're nothing like the bitter ones who despise the colour red. They've never blamed Liverpool for the position the club are in and are genuinely happy the success Liverpool as a club bring to the City. Sounds like supporters of this kind with that lot are becoming rare. Despite some of them being angry, bitter and twisted towards us I do have massive concerns about that dock wall. That's a huge safety hazard especially when you've got 40k-50k people all in one area like that with few very exits onto the road.

Yeah think FSG got this one right. We're not willing to give bumper contracts for players going into their 30s unless they're an exceptional talent in their positions like Mo, Allison and Van Dijk.
-
Bayern got their man, thanks for the memories Luis. He made an important contribution to our 20th title win.

That's a tad concerning from Slot about Centre Backs. Thinking Gravenberch and Endo can play there when neither are defenders. Gomez is injury prone and cannot be relied upon. He knows this league is extremely competitive, I am not comfortable going into the new season without another established Center Back.
