Have to say i really enjoyed Derby v QPR on the bbc 1 - far better game than Spurs Stoke earlier on. QPR play some really nice football at the moment with Adel Taarabt at the centre of all they do. He defo bases his game on Zidane the way he shapes and plays!! Wonder will he make it at the highest level? He has only turned 20 but takes abit too much out of the ball at the moment. Still great technique and vision and really good to watch.

Spare us the bullsh!t - louse of players have made millions of LFC and didn't give a s*** about the club. In fact Owen made the club millions when he introduced fans from all over the world to Liverpool FC from 97 to 01/02. He was our one global superstar during this period. I know the term global superstar sounds very w@nky but he attracted (not Fowler, not McManaman) alot of new fans to Liverpool who buy shirts merchandise etc. and probably still support the club. If you think he's a c**t because he joined the Mancs than just say that. I don't think s*** about him now.

Kevin Nolan I think Higuain would be a very good sigining if we could get him for less than 10 mill. Hard to believe he is only 21 Saw him play for Real last year against Malaga and he scored 4 - seems to do most things well without being spectacular anytime I have seen him. Which isn#t all that often to be honest!!

I can't remember but did he actually promise to sign a new contract in interviews etc? I'd also love if we just ignored him. Indifference would be great. Won't happen though.

He's right 6 months is a long time out. I hope he is given time to settle. Given the current circumstances there will be a huge amount of pressure on him to deliver the goods straight off.

Yeah thought he did pretty good on the ball- not a Voronin fan but its incredibly difficult for any player to come on with 5 minutes to go and make an impact.

Even though it was a poor performance by the team in general I thought Insua had an absolute shocker tonight - no clangers just seem to get caught out time and time again out of position - he seemed to really struggle all night. Can't remember him being as poor before but hopefully it was a one off. Maybe internationals catching up with him?

I'm a fan of Rafa even though its frustrating at the moment the way things are going. Even though I want him to stay it doesn't mean I have to like everything he has done so far. After 5 years at the club I think we should have a better squad than we do - regardless of net spend he has had enough money to build a better squad than we have - first 11 when all are fit is pretty good but the squad is poor.

Dunphy is absolutely useless now as a pundit - hard to believe RTE paid him around 350K last year Giles is going downhill fast - he's has about three or four points to make regardless of what the question is. I get the impression he watches the big Premier league games, a few CL games, Ireland games and that's it. He generally like Dunphy doesn't have a clue about opposition players apart from the big teams. The two boys where trying to make a point about Pirlo and the Italians and how good there play is (I do think he is good). THey picked 4/5 clips which simply showed Italian attacks going nowhere and them giving the ball away. WTF? Giles and Dunphy should be put out to graze now as they are not even entertaining - its the same old s*** time and again. It is time for something new from RTE.

(I have no idea why SOME Liverpudlians don't identify strongly with their country but my country will always come first for me) When he was 15 playing for Ireland youths he walked out of the dressing room in Cork because Brian Kerr wouldn't start him. He said he had his family coming to see him and he must play - Kerr said your on the bench so Ireland told him where to go - at 15 years of age? The guy is unhinged and will probably get more eccentric as he gets older. Some of you might think that it is ok if he doesn't want to play for his country but I think its appalling. Even if you say fair enough he doesn't want to play for his country just remember he a fooken c**t regardless of whether he wants to play for his country or not.
