We have options thankfully. eg Rafa might go with Cisse on the right, SG 'in the hole' and Lui on the left. So long as Djib puts in it could be effective.

Is Agger fit? Could we play one of the three at the back variations, JAR as wing back etc.

 

We haven't played three at the back before against Chelsea but they will probably use their diamond formation today which means they have a lot less width and so shouldn't expose us defensively down the flanks.

that might be the best option if kewell is definitely out. plus it would give us a spare man up against crespo and drogba, assuming they keep with the 4-4-2.

 

i don't like the thought of playing garcia at left mid or of playing riise there with warnock in at left-back. or gods forbid, traore.
