Backing Big Bucks is just buying money

And it has gone off at some biggish prices for such a classy horse. I think it received 8lbs from Punchestowns ( feck knows how they managed that ) and went off at 3-1.

ODN looks decent value at 8-1 in the next. Thought it might be shorter

Been advised to do an each-way double on these two

8. Wayward Prince - 2:30 Aintree - Win or Each Way (Day of Race) @ 5/2 @ 3.50

1. Albertas Run - 3.05 - Melling Chase - Win or Each Way (Day of Race) @ 10/3 @ 4.33

Whatever this means, is it a decent bet and how much should I lump on it?

Anybody backing owt today?

I've backed Alberta's Run, Master Of The Hall and Mon Parrain.

The last one - i've haven't seen a novice jump fences like that since Master Minded came on the scene. It absolutely slaughtered Sandown, which is a tough course to jump for a novice. It's been hiked up in the weights but that performance would have won a Group race. Running off 149 in a handicap shouldn't be a problem. However, the National fences might be ! Ruby onboard, though.

Quite fancy MOTH to repeat Burton Port's feat of running well in the RSA before winning the Aintree equivalent.

All horses backed each way.
