Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 The rest of you can f*** right off but I for one am much the richer having watched him play for us for the last 3.5 years. Yes, it's sad when a great player leaves in their prime but we've overcome worse and I for one will choose to remember the good days rather than spit bile about him moving to Chelsea. This could be the making of us as it gives us a chance and the funds to rebuild. Thanks Nando you were loved
Sion Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 f*** off MaccaHe's completely s*** all over the fans There were some willing to understand moving to Chelsea, but his f***ing immature and disrespectful comments and have probably done them in. He's an utter c*** as far as im concerened and he should be given the reception one of them deserves next time he's at anfield

Thanks Nando you were loved A lot of it's to do with the timing though, I can't believe that Kenny hadn't spoken to him about his intentions so either Torres genuinely didn't think that he was going to leave this month - or he knew exactly what he wanted and left it as late as he could to force the issue. If you put that to one side however, when he was on his game he was brilliant for us.
Boca Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 He's engineered a move to a rival and basically said we were a stepping stone in his career. Thank you my a***.
Eiler99 Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 As fans of a small club we just have to feel blessed that a superstar like Torres bothered to play for us. I for one am happy that he's finally got his big move.
Flasher Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 I'm with you Macca. Easily one of the best players I've seen in a Liverpool shirt. Anyone who thinks football players should be anything but loyal to themselves is an idiot. If he thinks he's got more chance of winning medals elsewhere, so be it. Up to LFC to prove him wrong.
Chili Palmer Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 I'm glad the love and support we gave him has been returned with such sincerity, thank you for that Nando, ya ugly b*****d.

Bogman Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 Wrong. Just wrong. If you want to see how it's done, go check out the Suarez thread, macca. It's the timing, it's the attitude, it's chelsea.Hasn't mentioned the fans, just leaving for a bigger club. Just all wrong. I've don't mention his name anymore. He's gone. When the going got tough, he ran off. I'm with you Macca. Easily one of the best players I've seen in a Liverpool shirt. Anyone who thinks football players should be anything but loyal to themselves is an idiot. If he thinks he's got more chance of winning medals elsewhere, so be it. Up to LFC to prove him wrong. No ones saying he shouldn't, it's just the way he handled it that will always leave a taste in our mouths. And the fact it was Chelsea.
Bigal Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 some great goals. some great memories. for that thank you. For the way you left, you have soured it.

Nate. Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 f*** that. It's way too early for a thread like this. The c*** will bang in a couple of goals on Sunday and nobody will thank him then as he rubs our nose in it and kisses their badge while being hugged by Frank and JT. He made his choice.
Gravy Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 Wrong. Just wrong. If you want to see how it's done, go check out the Suarez thread, macca. When the going got tough, he ran off. Spot ion. He went without even a backward glance. Did we really deserve that from him? No respect, just went. Suarez showed him how to have respect. Torres's words proved to just be sound bites and empty. Feck him!! Anyone wanna buy a framed Nando picture of him scoring against......yes you guessed it, Chelsea :-(

I couldn't give a s*** about what he said on Chelsea TV. What else is he supposed to say to their fans? I bet he comes out and thanks our fans at some point. And f*** how he handled it, look at how our club handled him. He's been sold a pack of lies for years. He wanted to go in the summer, Puslow lied to him to keep him. f*** off Purslow that's all fine, but why is he disrespecting the fans/ the club look how suarez thanked his old club That was to an Ajax audience. Torres has only spoken so far to a Chelsea audience. Not the same.
Hassony Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 I'm glad the love and support we gave him has been returned with such sincerity, thank you for that Nando, ya ugly b*****d. he's got really bad skin, and is ginger give me a real man like Xabi anytime
madaboutlfc Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 that's all fine, but why is he disrespecting the fans/ the club look how suarez thanked his old clubluis suarez is moving from a big club to another big one.. Torres has moved to Chelsea
