Most are pretty crap nowadays. But I'd say anyone other than Bennett, Webb, Mason and Atkinson would be the best of a bad bunch.

 

To have Webb and Atkinson in the same game doesn't bode well. I'm predicting a dodgy Spurs pen. A Liverpool player sent off. Sammy Lee sent to the Stands (By Atkinson) and a stonewaller not given to Liverpool.

Um. Well given the sheer load of dodgy sendings off, blatent penalties not given, lack of action against teams we've being playing constantly and the limited number of match officials used for our league matches and general level of decisions for and against us, it looks a bit 'strange' to me. I'm sure you've got a better explanation, however.

 

 

 

To me it appears as if this league isn't on a level playing field and the actions of referees appears to bear this out.

I like Wiley, even when he makes mistakes you can see reasoning behind it, always thought Mike Dean was good too (but he's not allowed to ref us)

 

I don't think there is a big conspiracy as Andy says but there are definitely referee's who have got a chip on their shoulder when it comes to us (mainly the above mentioned ones) coincidentally I don't think Webb has a chip on his shoulder in regards to ourselves I just think he is a very poor referee who since Euro 2008 has gone downhill fast

Webb has completely fell apart since Ferguson had a go at him, which ended with him handing Man Utd the title when they were being completely outclassed by Tottenham.

 

He was the best at one point, dunno if he's corrupt, just a complete pussy more like.

I don't think there is a conspiracy at all. I think that the league isn't a level playing field. Decisions are given to some teams over others and that this has become more common and more obvious. I don't think money is changing hands or there is a conspiracy.

 

For the league not to be a level playing field means that it is corrupt. Any decision which isn't given honestly and fairly regardless of the player or club or manager is corrupt.
