That kind of muppetry was on display on TS last night, but the best was 'Sell Reina, he's not even the Spanish Number 1'.

Perry Groves thinks we should be asking serious questions of Rafa after last night...for selling Keane. I mean, we've not looked like scoring since he left, have we?

The only questions that really need to asked right now are how we have got the jitters at the back all of a sudden when the pressure has been on

Its so f***ing frustrating. The forward players must be going up the wall, they're being asked to score 5 every Tuesday.

The bizarre thing is I don't think we were particularly jittery. Each of the goals was completely out of the blue

that's three years without a trophy

Rafa should go back to Spain. Discuss :hooked:

Well i sign on tue afternoon, the rest of the time i sit on me a***.

So if the club want me i am avaliable.

WHAT THE F*CK!! ...... from an ex pro who you would think knows a little bit about the game after all those years, staggering.

It just seems to be blind panic whenever the ball is in or approaching our box. This is hardly a problem that the management are unable to resolve with a little attention to the problem.

Perfectly undetrstandable if not forgiveable. We build up some instensity and tempo when we seek to take the lead or come from behind and then when we do we can't lower the tempo and go back to controlling the game as Rafa would say. I felt that at 2-1 last night - and unless we got a third then we were always likely to concede a second.

Yesterday there wasn't enough panic

The only one that you might accuse of panicing was Aurelio.

The rest were too busy fannying about

If we want to play a more attacking, expansive game as most on here have been asking for then you have to expect to concede more goals.

Maybe not 4 perhaps but we are definitely gonna concede more with a greater emphasis on attack.

I had a bad feeling about last night right from kick off as i thought Arsenal looked really up for it in midfield and attack. Thankfully there defence is s*** or we may have lost all 3 points.

Agree with that. We were jittery against Drogba. Last night if anything we were too casual.

Panic, tension, nerves, apprehension.. call it what you will be it was definitely responsible for what appeared to be fannying about. Still can't believe what happened last night.

I think we have been about right on the expanisveness in our own penalty area thing up to now.

I wish Masch, Arbeloa and Aurelio had panicked a bit more last night and just smashed the ball into row Z when given the chance.

I look at it this way.We are in the entertainment buiseness and i would sooner watch games like i did last night, than wacth games like them dredful F.A.cup semi final games over the wkend.

O.K we droped two points but for me it was money well spent, i was entertained with a great game of football.

Mistakes and all, long may it last.

It's as if the gimpy arsenal fans chanting 'hoof the ball' got to the players, and they decided they wanted to prove a point by not doing that.

Arsenal's 2nd came from a keeper punt as well, the bellends.

That is not funny at this particular moment.

Gary Richardson on Radio 4 this morning asked Alan Kennedy "Aren't Liverpool fans coming to the end of their tether with Rafa Benitez now?"

I've never heard a more stupid question the night after a team has gone top of the league on 21st April.

Four shots on target. Two of them were exceptional finishes.

Freak night. Let's put it down to that, move on and t*** another four past Hull at the weekend.
