smithdown Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 everton have already won something so they won't be very motivated now
dorgie Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 An all Merseyside Community Shield in August will be nice
Hieronymus Bosch Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 (edited) Chelsea - through gritted teeth. Won't be much consolation after failing to win the league and Champions League. It would mean the world to Everton. Edited April 19, 2009 by mrshah
John am Rhein Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 The chavs because they have more French-speaking players
Nebraska Red Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 I never want the bitters to win anything. 7 votes for the bitters!!!!
Knox_Harrington Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 Depends if we win the league or notIf we win the league I couldn't give a f***. If we don't win the league then Chelsea by 8 million miles.
MFletcher Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 I'd quite like Everton to win the cup. Mainly because we'll win the league and overshadow it, but also because we'll get to beat them in the Community Shield. Chelsea remain absolutely contemptible, and anyone who wants to see John Terry lifting a trophy needs to have a word with themselves.
Sion Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 If we win the league they can have it, if not they can f*** right off
smithdown Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 Well, we've all had our ding dongs with them recently but just seen some images of everton flags on RAWK - "Justice for the 96" - and its being said that "stand up for the 96" was sung as well. http://www.redandwhitekop.com/forum/index....opic=237732.520 Not a bad effort at all by the welshmen.
stressederic Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 If we win the league I couldn't give a f***. If we don't win the league then Chelsea by 8 million miles. Is easily the correct answer. A Liverpool - Everton community shield would be great fun. If we don't win the league though Chelsea can have the FA Cup and smash Everton out of sight.
John am Rhein Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 Chelsea remain absolutely contemptible, and anyone who wants to see John Terry lifting a trophy needs to have a word with themselves. I've had a word and it was "G'waaan my saaaaahnnnn!!!!"

But we don't then I'll happily watch John Terry cavort with the FA Cup. Or simply not watch the game in question and hope to hear about it after the fact. It's easy for you wools... Jarg Armani Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 How are Everton winning this f***ing poll? In all seriousness, have a word with yourselves: ^the official logo of 'have a word' ltd^
Stevie H Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 How are Everton winning this f***ing poll? In all seriousness, have a word with yourselves:lots of liverpool fans aren't from liverpool.
sutty Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 If Liverpool win the league I'd not be dead against Everton winning it I'm sure I heard them singing Justice for the 96 yesterday as well
Jarg Armani Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 I thought that but decided it was 'stand up for the champions'.
Herbie von Smalls Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 everton to win. solely for the fact that i've no beef with most of their players. their fans, for the most part, can fack aff. i despise chelsea as a club, team and for their supporters.
Knox_Harrington Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 This is a f***ing scandal. I thought I was stupidly soft-hearted on this but you lot need to f*** right off.
smithdown Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 I predict something of a rapprochement between reds and blues now they have won something (well sort of). I expect to be supporting the blues on the day, though laughing at every sh*tty move they try to put together. Yes, that's it, telling them I want them to win while ridiculing their every attempt to do so, like yesterday. This is where I stand (at the moment). This is not a wool thing.

smithdown Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 Imagine we don't win the league though. No. I don't want to.
Knox_Harrington Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 No. I don't want to.This is it. This is our defacto "how confident are you we'll win the league poll". Those who are dead confident we will are filled with fellow feeling for the Trickies. There's also a OOT element knocking around as well.
johngibo YPC Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 Chelsea remain absolutely contemptible, and anyone who wants to see John Terry lifting a trophy needs to have a word with themselves. Well no-one wants to see John Terry lift anything do they so don't be so patronising. Its just judging what is the lesser of two evils. If you don't live in the city you don't understand. Evertonians are generally unbearable at the best of times. If they win something this season and we don't they will all come out the woodowrk and will be banging on all summer. And anyone who wants to see that 'needs to have a word with themselves' Saying that if we win the league they can win any small cup they like
