Sion Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 Saturday, 17 January 2009Blackburn v Newcastle, 15:00Bolton v Man Utd, 15:00Chelsea v Stoke, 15:00Hull v Arsenal, 17:30Man City v Wigan, 15:00Sunderland v Aston Villa, 15:00West Brom v Middlesbrough, 15:00 Mr Ferguson is without Rooney, Ferdinand, Evra and Brown, and Tevez and Evans are serious doubts. If Evans doesn't make it James Chester will make his PL debut at CB. Luckily for them, Bolton have about 10 fit players. So a spawny 1-0 win it is then
Ramón Benítez Hernández Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 (edited) Manchester United will win 7-0 and go to the top of the league. Edited January 17, 2009 by B.A.Baracus
Knox_Harrington Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 Think United will win but I certainly wouldn't be putting them in my accumulator today.
Cam Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 The Mancs could've struggled if Bolton had any fit players. But Arsenal, Chelsea & Villa could well drop points.
Sion Posted January 17, 2009 Author Posted January 17, 2009 Evans and Tevez play for UnitedJoe Cole is out for the rest of the season with a ruptured cruciate ligamentJohn 'Big Man' Terry injured in warm up
smithdown Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 Joe Cole is out for the rest of the season with a ruptured cruciate ligament Hard lines that. Didn't see all the game last week but he looked the only Chelsea player with any bottle against the mancs.
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 WBA up against Boro who are sliding towards the drop
psl Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 Bolton should have been given a penalty at the start of this game to make up for the Old Trafford fiasco.
Sion Posted January 17, 2009 Author Posted January 17, 2009 Sunderland 1-0 Aston Villa Could do with Villa dropping points, they've a relatively easy run for the next 3 games and are too close to us for my liking.
Bootle Buck Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 Utd don't look the same team without Rooney. He seems to pull the strings for them.
psl Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 Utd don't look the same team without Rooney. He seems to pull the strings for them. They'll still win 1-0. c****.
carrafan Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 Beattie going down easily. Almost everyone dives now, not a 'foreign' thing anymore.
Jim D Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 (edited) Could do with Villa dropping points, they've a relatively easy run for the next 3 games and are too close to us for my liking. Villa are on a fantastic run but I think they have been very fortunate in recent games in sneaking those few wins. They haven't played that well and their whole game relies on the counter attack. It wouldn't surprise me if they lost today because they are always capable of this type of result. They remind me of Everton circa 2005 Edited January 17, 2009 by Jim D
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 They'll still win 1-0. c****.with a goal in the 115th min
Sion Posted January 17, 2009 Author Posted January 17, 2009 I have money on both Chelsea and United, so one of them at least won't win
surf Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 bolton couldt score today if the game lasted till midnight.manu seem disinterested, even ronaldo cant be arsed to dive today.looks like a 0-0, but the mancs will probably fluke another 1-0
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 Chelsea could easily have had a penno there Do Stoke have the longest names in footy? ShawcrossAbdoulaye FayeHigginbothamEtheringtonCresswellSimonsenOlofinjanaLawrence
Sion Posted January 17, 2009 Author Posted January 17, 2009 Bolton giving as good as they're gettingso they'll lose 1-0
surf Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 they're very poor in the middle of the park, can't hold up the ball
psl Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 (edited) Sorensen saves well from Anelka. Probably expect him to save it though. Stoke have already lost Higginbotham and Faye to injury. And they weren't even fighting with each other. Edited January 17, 2009 by psl
psl Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 Half time at the Reebok. Another 45 like that please Bolton.
