They have got to capitalise on the current Liverpool mania in Spain

 

Honestly, they need to get over there and start opening shops etc.

 

Its f'ckin mad, 25% of television audience in spain for tuesdays match 7,108,000 average viewers apparently it was the 9th biggest tv audience for any sporting event in spain this year. Most watched program in all regions apart from basque and balaeric islands

You should see how big the club is here in Singapore! Was having a smoke at half time and you should have seen how many of the flats in my block were watching the game.

I was in Corunna a little while ago and went into a department store. I found, among the usual Spanish soccer shirts, a whole rack of Man Utd, Chelsea and Arsenal. Nothing on Liverpool. Yes, we do need to get into Spain!

Spanish SkyTV ran a promo in days leading up to the game worshipping Fabregas and Almunia, thats why they all tuned it. There was a clear anti-Liverpool agenda - honest !

Just think about the number of Josemi shirts we could have sold if we had a shop in Spain!! :banghead::rant:

we are missing a trick though......

 

especially if the racks were at the front of the shop!
