Alumina's positioning

Sir Tokyo Sexwale

he never had a chance to look behind him to see where he was.

he had no chance with any of the goals other than the 4th, his defence was woeful at times.

He is s*** though, Wenger the genius hasn't been able to replace Seaman yet!

weve got enough problems of our own with reina at the moment.

True. He has been looking a tad dodgy the last few weeks. Hope he snaps out of it.

Pepe has a spell like this every season it seems.

I think criticism of Reina for the goal last night is harsh, it was essentially a one-on-one where you're just hoping to get something in the way. He was much more at fault for the goal on saturday.

Almunia didn't really do anything wrong either.

I agree mate, Almunia should have been much further across to his left, not even center, but further left so that Babel couldnt pass the ball down the GK's left side but forced to hit one across the body of the keeper into the other corner as there is a greater possibility of miss from;

a) keeper saving with his body, or

b) cutting ball too much across goal and going wide.

Anywho, it was nice to relax for 90secs or so until the final whistle after that goal :)

Just before Babel hits the ball, he's well over to his right - with Babel a good couple of strides to his left - there was no reason for him to be there nor way for him to save it

f***ing brilliant wasn't it.

he shouldn't need tp know, keepers routinely mark out their area so they know exactly where the posts are and how far they are from them. It's basic goalie technique. If he doesn't do that he's worse than I think he is. If he does do it he's even less excuse.
