With Watford down and out, there's only 2 games left to decide who the other two will be.

Team GF GA GD Pts

15 Sheff Utd 31 50 -19 38

16 Fulham 36 57 -21 36

17 Wigan 35 57-22 35

18 West Ham 31 58 -27 35

19 Charlton 32 56-24 33

Charlton play Spurs at home and then Liverpool away..can't see them staying up. Spurs are pushing for UEFA Qualification at the top of the league so need the points. As for us, we're at Anfield, final game..and Charlton wont have their saviour in Scot Carson in goal.

West Ham entertain Bolton at home. Bolton need the points for their UEFA Cup push, but its a really tough one to call. I say a West Ham win based purely on the fact that their at home and that Bolton will have a new manager. The Hammers then play the Mancs away on the final day, so can't see them getting anything out of that game. So that's possibly only 3 points available to them till the end.

Wigan play Boro at the JJB. Tough game for them but Boro have had a crap season away from home. Wigan have gone off the boil a lot so will be doing their best to win this game. I predict a Wigan victory.

Sheffield United play Aston Villa away from home next. Villa have been a very unpredictable side this year. They aren't playing for anything, so may succumb to a defeat. I however predict a draw.

Wigan vs Sheffield United..final game at Bramall Lane...what a cracker that will be. Predict that Sheff Utd will win.

Fulham next play Liverpool. We don't have a great record at Craven Cottage (we only beat them once since they've been promoted)*.

We will be coming off either a high (beating Chelsea) or a low (and therefore in need of salvaging some sort of pride to attain 3rd place).

I predict a draw.

Fulham then travel to Boro on the final day. Fulham have only won one game away all season and I think Boro may want to end off on a high note. Prediction? Boro Win.

* = Stand to be corrected.

Therefore, predictions? (Watford aside)

Sheffield Utd 42 points

Wigan 38 points

West Ham 38 points

Fulham 37 points

Charlton 33 points

Goal difference could come into play.

A lot hinges on the relegation-threatened teams' abilities to win at home. They NEED their home wins.

Interesting scenarios.

We've beaten Fulham at least twice - they played at Loftus Road too remember. I think it's actually 3 times...

Murphy last minute pen

Biscan's blockbuster

And that game when Henchoz made that ridiculously good tackle. I think Anelka scored.

I have a real soft spot for Charlton, and would hate to see them go down - but I can't see how they can get out of this now

If West ham stay up, it'll prove there's no justice in this world. f*****s ahould have been docked points

Chap on 606 (I know, I know) who seemed reasonably financially savvy said that when WHU were bought, the new owners would probably insisted on an idemnity clause so if anything comes out the woodwork later than can claim the cost back from the old owners. Ergo, I wonder if WHU actually lost any money on that fine?

Fulham and Charlton - like them both. Good aways.

I'd like Wigan to go down on the basis that its s***.

Aye.

What a ridiculous evening that was

And instead you get Birmingham and Sunderland. Thus proving the lack of justice...

momentum has to be:

stay up: West Ham/Sheff Utd

Go down: Fulham/Charlton

On the upside, next years that is one fewer London away that we can do poorly at.

That was a bloody savage night that was.

Fulham ST holder in our office is convinced they're down. I think he's right and that Charlton will be going with them.

Thinks that that is the 2nd most pissed the next day I've ever been

Considering I stopped drinking shortly after 9:30, that's some achievement

I have a feeling WHU will stay in the premiership with Wigan and Charlton going down. If we beat Cheslea tommorow we could field a reserve team on Saturday and give Fulham a chance.

I hope West Ham go down, but some how I think they will get away with it.

I think we should let fulham win on saturday and hope for once that bolton win thus kicking west ham down

interesting how we have such a big part to play. can you imagine if were still in the hunt for the title? Playing teams at the bottom like that can tough at this stage of the season.

As for manu, I think they will have title sown up by the last game anyway, so not such a touch game.

With us now having to rest players for the remainder of the season, Fulham may fancy their chances against us.

Interesting comments from Neil Warnock in the Echo hoping that Liverpool realise the importance of their games against Fulham and Charlton.

Just a shame i think Rafa will care more about the CL final than s**** teams at the foot of the table :D

Yeah, we'll realized they are important in our plan to see Neil Warnock expelled from the Premier League and hopefully sacked.

(TBH, I want the cockney c*nts to go down even more than Warnock, so I hope we beat them)
