Yes Sky say Tevez can not play again for West Ham unless they buy him from MSI for a fee they believe to be £10-£12m and of course they'd need to do that by 12 noon tomorrow for him to play Saturday. It's kind of fooked them as Tevez has been their best player in the last couple of months.

because under pl rules you can't register a player you don't own or loaned from another club. West ham loaned both tevez and macherano from an offshore holding company (msi). They also hid documents to this effect when registering both players last summer.
