i love them, i get my Liverpool game out of the way early and can get on with my day.

of course, if we lose, my mood is awful for more of the day than usual.

works great this week as we have swim lesson sign up, basketball and baseball sign up all on the same day after 9am.

Optimum time: 5.15 on a Saturday on Prem Plus or 4pm on Sunday

Have a few beers with the lads

Worst time: 3pm of a Saturday

The game isnt on tele and I really fahcking 'ate tha'

Settle for: Morning games

I cant have a beer (no seriously, dont suggest going on the p!$$ from 12.30am its wrong, done it) but can see the match

They're bad if you're going the game cos you don't have long enough in the pub before hand and there's no atmosphere cos everyone's still asleep, and it's bad if you're not at the game cos you have to get drinking in the pub far too early, and more often than not it develops into inadvertent all dayers.

With the ones we've had, and the ones scheduled for the remainder of the season, it's going to be at least 15. Absolutely absurd.

Add in you Saturday tea time games, your Sunday 4 o'clock games and couple of midweek ones and how many Saturday 3 o'clock's will we have had this season?

The flip-side is presumably the extra TV money.

Could be stone cold wrong here, but I dont think the players like it either.

Same for both teams etc, and they have morning training but its bound to knock them a bit out of their stride.

The atmosphere is s*** !!

Would match go-ers confirm that this could be the case even though its Chelsea coming to town.

Lucky you, some of us even though we're in Liverpool don't get a saturday morning lie in because of the f***ing tv games.

5.35 on a Saturday is the best kick off time - FACT!

Not the other week it wasn't :(

Works for me, in Denmark the only game a week we get on the national free channel is the early kickoff saturday game... So it's fine by me...

Normally works for me too, as I'm minding my daughter in a non-Sky Sports ntl-digital house. If we're on at 12h45 it's normally a pay-per-view thing so I can give her mam a few quid to order it.

But Saturday is f*cking Grand Slam day so I can't see it.

Early kick-offs should be banned. The atmosphere is awful and the players appear to be going through the motions. The three games at Anfield that usually generate the best atmosphere - Everton, Chelsea, Man United are all 12:45 kick-offs.

Stick to 3pm on a Saturday and sod Sky.
