Benitez Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 20TH ANNIVERSARY? RAFA BENITEZ ON SIR ALEX FERGUSON Sir Alex Ferguson celebrates a remarkable landmark of 20 years as Manchester United manager on Monday. During this time Ferguson?s trophy haul has won him acclaim throughout the football world. Sue McCann spoke with Sir Alex?s peers to hear their thoughts on his impressive achievement beginning today with Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez. ?It was a surprise because in Spain it?s impossible to have a manager for 20 years, 20 months is quite good! (laughs). When I was in Spain Sir Alex was a person you could watch and learn from. Playing in Europe, it was amazing to see the team and how they played. My Assistant Manager Pako Ayestaran and I admired him and then we went to see how Manchester United trained for a week. It was a good experience because you could see another style of football and another form of managing because in Spain it?s different; it was a good experience, a very good experience. ?He has great experience, he can read the game and change things, he can prepare properly for every game because he?s a good manager. He?s very friendly, he?s a very, very nice person and you can talk to him about football and other things and he?s always very polite. It?s nice to talk with him about football or wine or horses because he also has a lot of knowledge about these things.? ere innit
Romario Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 Rafa "Do you like horses?" Slur Alex " Don't fecking talk to me about horses" Rafa "...errr ok...more wine?" Slur Alex " Fill her up" (holds up a dirty pint glass)
Coyler Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 Dilemma for Rafa fundamentalists and literalists is now how to reconcile his Word with common human decency which tells you Ferguson is a TOTAL C*NT.
Tosh Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 mindgames Next he'll say he enjoys spending time with Mourinho
Ostrich Man Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 thats your last four managers whove thought hes a really nice decent bloke.
Figaro Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 Slur Alex is a nice bloke - doesn't stop him being a total c nut, though does it? The same has been said about you, me and Caruso.
Guest Jack Bauer Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 Alex Fergusons only interest in horses is getting rammed in the anus by them, dirty old alcoholic b*****d.
Cobs Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 (edited) thats your last four managers whove thought hes a really nice decent bloke.dunno about Souness or Evans but Kenny still thinks he's a massive tw.at and that's good enough for me. Edited November 2, 2006 by Cobs
Ostrich Man Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 Slur Alex is a nice bloke - doesn't stop him being a total c nut, though does it? The same has been said about you, me and Caruso. caruso isnt a c***. hes an utter c***. dunno about Souness or Evans but Kenny still thinks he's a massive tw.at and that's good enough for me.that why i said last four.....or have you forgotten bout the french bloke. and face it kenny is possibly the dullest man ever to walk the planet, so his opinions count for s***....if you can understand them
Cobs Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 that why i said last four.....or have you forgotten bout the french bloke.and face it kenny is possibly the dullest man ever to walk the planet, so his opinions count for s***....if you can understand themcourse i hadn't forgotten about the French bloke, you're claiming Evans and Souey like him - never seen any evidence of that myself. Kenny's great, if you don't agree with that you can f*** off.
Ostrich Man Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 great player...good manager...dull person. Only his time at Celtic saves him.
Cobs Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 great player...good manager...dull person. Only his time at Celtic saves him.whereas Ferguson has nothing to redeem him, the almighty cn*t that he is.

Cobs Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 apart from his 20 years at UTD you mean.that's what's made him the almighty cn*t that he is keep up.
Ostrich Man Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 All down too Mark Robbins.plus all them titles
smithdown Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 plus all them titles Kenny won a few titles too (three in five years for us, one more with blackburn), but you only reckon he has been a 'good' manager... Ah well.
Lee W Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 Surprising Rafa didn't thank Ferguson for his tactical advice in Europe, aswell as noting his knowledge of Irish gangsters nags and fine rouge.
floyd Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 Kenny won a few titles too (three in five years for us, one more with blackburn), but you only reckon he has been a 'good' manager... Ah well. And if it wasn't for the ban in Europe might of won a couple more Big Ears (although that would of been tasty against AC at the time)
dorgie Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 And if it wasn't for the ban in Europe might of won a couple more Big Ears I think that moan is probably best left to the bluenose fans.
Cobs Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 Surprising Rafa didn't thank Ferguson for his tactical advice in Europe, still makes me laugh that, 'here you go Rafa, here's how you won the Champions League''yeah, i know. You should have tried it for your own team, you dumb tw.at'
