Anyone out there who knows the entire squad which travelled to Switzerland? Who travelled and who was left out, and why? I know Pongolle and Warnock stayed at home because of injuries. Anyone else?

Aha! Sgt Pepper aside - I completely forgot about that awful photo of the squad, but I said I wuld try and ask someone back then who knew Paul eaton what was going on with it, as Rafa looked like a burns unit case. I speculated at the time, that they had used an HQ Digital camera, and somehow fecked up the settings, causing high contrast and glare, losing all depth of field etc...as it turns out, I was half right - they had done that, but the firm who did the job (no idea who it was) used a guy who wasn't all that used to Digital work, but was told it could be corrected back at the office. So what we saw in the end was apparently a genuine photo, badly photographed and touched up in a very amateur fashion. I doubt whoever the firm was will be hired again anytime soon.
