I hope Cisse stays

I still think he has alot to offer. Certainly has pitched in with a few goals last few months and his goal in the final was class.

If Rafa wants to give him another year or so, I have no problem with that. 19 goals and a half a dozen assists or so is no mean feat in your first full season.

Agree to an extent - he needs to get his head and focus straight though. Under Rafa Cisse could become a better player than even he thinks he is himself.

If he can't adapt then simply he isn't the player for us. He has the passion but seemingly not the belief.

He should have a word with Carra about how much better things can be at grass roots, and after grafting your game.

There's the kop singing your name and then there's the kop really singing your name. All who sing know what I mean.

With his attributes he shouldn't settle for being a naturally gifted enigma when he can be as good as Henry. I honestly believe that, problem is Djib does as well but seems like he can't be arsed to learn how to become it.

Hope he goes, don't think his goal count is all that and his first touch is still woeful. For someone who cost as much as he did I was expecting a lot more.

What was it, 7 goals in the last 11 games? And some of them were pretty important too. I rest my case.

And his first touch is no more 'woeful' than any other of our players. Look at the way he took his goal in Final, brilliant first touch! I bet he scored 'without thinking' :D

I've altered my view on this in a matter of 6-8 weeks.

from being disgusted with his attitude in the Benfica home and Chelski OT, to seeing a more focused and less self indulgent Cisse.

facts are facts, and he has knocked in a few goals for us this year, and has played only a bit part in the season.

one more year i'd say, especially as i'd rather have a trying Cisse, than a money grabbing SWP.

and at Portsmouth he showed he could link with Crouch, something which has took time, and would no doubt take time for a n other to do.

If he can build on his performances in recent months next season, he has a place in the team.

Get rid.

Andy Gray summed him up on Saturday. He played ok in the first half and was a threat, but in the second half, when his team needed him, he's was nowhere to be seen.

We talking about the guy who kept trying to run despite having one legged strapped up tighter than a masochistic mummy?

Think he's learnt a lot of lessons this season - and he's still relatively young. If he's given a chance, I reckon we'll see a much improved Djibber next season

I would like to see him stay for another season, based on his recent form. I think the best is yet to come. He was really impressive in the Cup Final, he just looked so much sharper and his passing and laying off was great. Sure he went out of the game, but he has been getting better and better and I think on the basis of his performances in the past few months that he deserves another season.

He could be a real surprise if he keeps improving, sort of like what Drogba is turning out to be for Chelsea, he eventually adapted to the team and has become a very good player.

Something makes me think that this Leopard isn't going to change his spots, and Rafa is running out of paint trying to change them himself.

We can't talk about potential anymore for someone of Cisse's age. Stand back and you'll see he's laughed at, for good reason. Whilst that is not enough reason to base your opinion, it should certainly make you look harder at the situation.

Do we want to win the league next season? Ideally, yes. Is Cisse the sort to make that happen in the Premiership? Very unlikely.

Let's cash in on his recent scoring run while we can I say.

 Djibber problably loved that

Don't mind if he stays or goes now really, as I pressume we'd be getting a new striker in anyway.

BUT, I reckon Rafa has made his mind up about him a long long time ago, and that he's seen enough of the more worrying traits of Djib to keep him here.

'Game well and truely over, and I hate sayin that'

If there is a better 20 goal a season winger out there ... I say get rid

We still need couple of goalscoring CF's to out score Crouch and Mori !

Footballing ability (or lack of it!) aside, does anyone else find him really annoying? I have tried my best to like him unfortunately he just gets on my t***!

I must admit, he does irritate me sometimes. Things like changing boots around for the final, the way he looked at the fa cup medal when it was given to him, just wind me up a bit.

There's obviously is talent there with Cisse, but I just question his application, and I'm not sure if thats going to change. I still maintain that in a team built around him Cisse will score loads, but I don't think that team will ever be Liverpool under Rafa.

I thought his attitude last Saturday was shameful to be honest and I can remember thinking at the time how glad I will be to see the back of him this summer. First of all, admittedly after scoring a great goal, the idiot changes his red and white boots for flourescent ones (attention seeking) at half time, then he gets injured and milks it for all it is worth, unlike the others, in particular Steve Finnan, who could barely walk. I quite like players with a bit of attitude but Cisse's talent doesn't measure up to his ego and summing up - I hope Cisse leaves.

alot of the players were slipping in the first half, thats why he changed his boots

Can Rafa teach him to pass, trap, head and shoot? :D

Would be nice if it worked out, but really I think we chalk this one up to experience and move on.
