  1. I'll be surprised if Rafa is still here next season. Spending 17m now on Masch would surprise me if we are getting a new manager come the end of this season.
  2. Worrying quotes from Mascha : "With the time that has passed it will now be more difficult for me to stay here because I need to do something about my future. "It is a really difficult situation because I have been talking a lot about how I want to stay here but, now, it doesn't depend on me. "I have done everything to stay but now the owners have to decide if they want to buy me or not. They have to decide." "I want to stay but it doesn't depend on me and it will be difficult because of the amount of time that has passed and I need to do something about my future
  3. From BBC Berbatov could leave, says agent Berbatov joined Tottenham in summer 2006 Dimitar Berbatov's agent Emil Dantchev has told BBC Sport the striker is happy at Tottenham but would be interested in a move to "a big club". Wonder if they'd be interested in Crouchihno in a PX.
  4. Don't agree with that for a second. Defended Dirk for a long time, but he just doesn't bring enough to the team when it comes to crafting goals. Rafa finally found Riises best position today; I thought JAR had his best game for ages.
  5. Wenger annoyed because they'd been trying to get Bendtner subbed for 3 minutes before he was sent off. Hypocritical big nosed twunt - as if that excuses the foul. 3-1; basts. Massive mistake by Everton.
  6. I should have predicted a 3-0 win
  7. Bendtner booked in the 23rd minute and should have been already. Can see him getting sent off today.
  8. Taggart played a 4-5-1, with Hargreaves and Fletcher in the middle and Tevez out on the wing most of the time. Giggs was s**** today and is showing his age, in my opinion, constantly giving the ball away. They've tried to get one season too many out of him, same as we did with Digger etc Nani came on for Hargreaves and was gash. Anderson came on for Tevez and didn't do much. At the end they put O'Shea up front. They were the same today as against us and the Gooners. Try to soak up the pressure and hit on the break down the wings. They didn't deserve a thing from todays game and were lucky to beat us.
  9. Get in there you Hammers. Didn't know Ronaldo missed a pen
  10. Sure I've seen him play there and thought how he could solve a problem we've had for over a decade. Lets face it, if he can play Riise at CB Rafa could play Richards at CF or GK.

    El Niño

Its hard to believe its his first few months in a totally different league and only 23. Just think what he will be like in years to come, when he gets to know all the defenders and matures some more. I'd better stop now or I'm going to do a sex wee.
  12. I'd inquire after Micah Richards. Only has two years left on his contract come the summer, if he doesn't sign a new one they'll have to sell. Come the summer a load of clubs will be sniffing around him. He'd be the best LB we've had for many, many years.
  13. Gerrard-Riise, surely.
  14. I'd normally agree with you, but Riise at the back and Voronin and Kuyt on the same pitch together is f***ing madness, with other options on the bench.
  15. . Reina Arbeloa Agger Carra Aurelio Sammya Gerrard Alonso Babel . Torres Kaizer Possibilities.
  16. Maureen had a heck of a good side at Porto. Whenever people mention him winning with them they tend to make it sound like it was a poor side, with a genius of a manager. Maureen is extremely limited. He certainly doesn't have it in him to leave a successful legacy behind, based on his work. Wherever he goes next he will be found out. When looking at what rafa has achieved and what he has spent, people forget what a desparate state our side were in when he arrived. Diouf, Diao, Cheyrou, Le Tallec, Djimi - and a dozen others - not good enough, on massive, long term wages. With the money he has spent Rafa has had to replace the vast majority of the first team and the squad. And he's done us proud. Comparing what Rafa has spent with, for example, the Mancs, is a joke. They had a squad filled with talent and we had a team well on its way to being consigned to mid table mediocrity.

  19. Absolutely. First time I have ever wanted to have sex with a man; well, first time when I have actually realised it is a man....

  23. I think, and would hope, you are right, John. But Momo and Masch in a midfeld three ? Riise at LB with no-one in front of him ? Not a single wide player on the pitch. And all that on top of an enforced start for Hobbs and moving Carra to the left of the pair. Madness.
  24. Exactly how I feel about it. We weren't beaten from the start, but its obvious that we had a good chance of being beaten playing a mad formation with our worst players on the pitch. And thats exactly how I felt when I saw the teamsheet. The more I think and read about it the more I think Rafa was sending a message to the owners that some of our players aren't good enough.
  25. Fernando Torres has two speeds - walk and score. When Fernando Torres toured the Vatican he took the Popes confession. The saddest moment for a manc child is not when he learns Santa Claus isn't real, it's when he learns Fernando Torres is. Fernando Torres is Darth Vaders father. Fernando Torres is the reason Jack is in a box. Its no coincidence the tattoo on Mike Tysons face match the bottom of Fernando Torres boot.
