The commentary on Sky is starting to really annoy me. I never listen to the pre/half time/post match stuff because I know I'll end up smashing the telly. I've never used the red button gubbin's but I think you can get crowd noise on that instead of commentary, so next time I'll either be listening to that or putting 5 live on. Its not so much any percieved bias, its more that they really do not know what they are talking about. Its ignorance and it spoils watching the match.

Agree to a certain extent although lets not forget yesterday he was up against a very good (and extremely quick) left back in Ashley Cole. Not the easiest player to go by on the outside.

Because we needed a matchwinner. Maybe it would have tipped the balance in their favour (I doubt it though - they were content to see it out by then). By that stage risks needed to be taken and Louis would have been perfect to come on. Even Gonzalez would have offered more of a goal threat. I can see the wisdom in having a reserve central midfielder on the bench, but I think if only from the bench Garcia offers an option for this sort of game, that is pretty unique.

Not sure it is. Rather see Carra there and Hyypia/Agger in the middle if need be. It becomes a problem if we get 2 or 3 injuries but so do a lot of positions.
