We shouldn't be drawing with Sheff Wed, and I do agree with those who say the team wasn't quite right ( I would had played Crouch, and I wouldn't have played Zenden) however its 1 game and provided we don't make a habit of it it'll not be a problem.

Is the right answer.

We were s*** today, and need to win these games really. Xabi was a miss because we didn't keep the ball, and hit it long too much (esp. Sami who looked out of it most of the game). Unlucky with the injuries and hopefully they'll not be out for too long. Chelsea and the mancs will drop a few points in the 1st few games with a bit of luck. Not going to be too disheartened because its very early days - hopefully we'll improve quickly.

Does anyone know how much the individial match buys are on Prem Plus? I usually get the season ticket but don't end up watching half the games - only really bothered about our matches. Unless we're on 8/9 times - which we won't be - Its not worth forking out for it. I think they were £6 a match last season but the sky website, for obvious reasons, only seems to tell you the price of the season ticket

I was thinking the same thing last night. At one point Gerrard went down winded, and I wasn't too concerned that he might be injured and out for a few weeks. 2 years ago, I would have been terrified.
