Of the current lot: Hyypia Gerrard Carra Not yet, but will be: Torres Maybe one day, if they stick around and are integral to the team for another 10 years: Mascher Alonso I seperate Torres from the others because Torres could blaze such a trail in the next couple of season that he doesn't need ten years to attain legend status. IMHO, to be considered a legend you have to have been a good servant to club for a long period of time, playing consistently well, or you need to be damn, damn good, and thereby be fasttracked to legend status. Gerrard of course qualifies on both counts. Hyypia and Carra only on the first. Before I get loads of irate replies from outraged fans, both Carra and and Sami have been very, very good whilst with us, but not quite at the Gerrard/Kenny/Liddel/Rush level of sheer brilliance. Oh and, it is very easy to be relegated from the legend hall of fame... For example Souness to me isn't a legend, because in his managerial career, he did as good a job as Ferguson of knocking us off our perch.
