Apparently the one player who Roy Keane said he wouldn't be too keen on taking on because he's hard as nails and can really handle himself. That and telling Ginsoak to do one a few times. Great player too, one of the very best of his generation.

On a more serious note, he is a simply brilliant link in the defensive chain. The back line have ultimate confidence in him so aren't pissing around being concious of him dropping clangers. He marshals the defence close in very well and his communication is obviously superb. Those things have had an enormous effect on, for example, Sami's return to god like defending status this season. Reina is massively important in the defensive unit, can't be over estimated.

Crikey, I really don't know what to say having read that. Incredibly moving and full marks to the lad for writing it. Some people refer to reality against percerption. Point is that is his reality because it is his perceptiion and, to him, nothing else matters.
