Why do we do this every year. Last season we took 1 point off them. Yes it should have been a fairly comfortable 6, but we didn't and it was 1. And they finished above us in the league. Arguably we bottled it in both league games and in that league period when they went in front and away from us. I think we should just get on with it and hope our optimism is founded. Sorry Mike, that wasn't aimed at you. I think in general most are quick to overlook many of the excellent games he had for us, particularly during that period.

Some people have very short memories Mike. I stand by it, during that period he was superb. arely put a foot wrong, was Rafa's first choice and looked the part.

I actually believe Traore is a far better player than most give him credit for. He was superb up to Christmas in the No. 5 season. Whist I think it's clear his future lies elsewhere, and probably quite rightly, I don't think we should be accepting a paltry sum for him. He's young and a European Cup Winner.....£3mill minimum surely.
