    Felt like there was time in the previous seasons where could afford to let the front three cheat a bit defensively because when we went forward, especially on the break you just felt the outcome was a goal regardless. Now it’s not the case, the pressing isn’t there and we’re all out of sorts shape-wise and being exposed.

    Doesn’t help that we seem to leave Grav on his own and both other CMs play more or less as front men when our CBs have the ball. Based on our signings and lack of form, defensive frailties etc I’m wondering if 4-3-3 is going to be the way forward right now,

    Reminded me of some of the 90s games at Anfield where we’d suddenly start being arsed when we went behind with ten to go.
