After a spare for Brentford if anyone can help?

Why can these players turn it on for the likes of Madrid and Atleti at home and then go missing or look half-arsed in the league? It’s mentality and leadership, poor signings aside there’s a lack of fight in this side.

Yep, and short of a senior player like Ali or Virg who is b******ing him? There’s a huge leadership and captaincy for grabs here and it needs to come from the midfield. Never seen a Liverpool crying out for that person more than the last few seasons.

There’s some good first time touches he does that make you think there’s something there, it’s just never backed up or he goes hiding away on the flanks and his passing, finaL ball, whatever, is generally a huge let down. You’d never fancy him to conjure anything or change a game whatsoever and I think he’ll find himself benched before long.

Totally agree with the latter Paul, whether it’s the club, the intimidation of playing at Anfield or the league standard who knows. Personally I don’t see him making it here. He’s nowhere near worth the value we paid and don’t see him turning the corner.

He can look assured on the ball, just goes to pot all too often in the opposition half. We did do some nice passing out at times which he was involved in, he just doesn’t have any of the ‘10’ attributes you’d expect right now given the price tag.

The frustrating thing I think is he does his best work nowhere near where we want him to, someone posted a while back about him seeing passes others don’t; well why can’t he judge the weight of the f***ing pass properly just for once!

Relying on your holding midfielders to boss the midfield and then turn up and be your attacking threat, bar Munoz who grafted, is a hiding to nothing. It’s got to click at some point.

I thought his first 20 was quite poor tbh, either over hit or under hit passes each time, poor final ball and set-pieces.

No clue as to what we do attacking-wise as a front-four in training, they all look totally lost in the final third.

Bradley gets a pass, for now. Wirtz looks like quickly becoming the new Keita. A total nothing, cowardly footballer. If there’s even a glimmer of Olise leaving Bayern with any interest of coming to Liverpool we should be all over a part/ex deal done ASAP.

Munoz has got to get back there and double up

This is a wind up right?

I don’t think anyone is suprised tbh, just fed up

Usual from Wirtz

Bordeaux relegated to the sixth tier for financial irregularities.

Regarding Newcastle I wouldn’t bank on the Saudis doing the UAE any favours.

No better opportunity for the PL to stop this ridiculous multi-club model bulls*** while they’re at it.

s***e from Cucarella, which is always nice to see

England losing after a minute and a half against Spain.

So in essence two years without CL football, maybe. Piss take.

Overcrowding?

The fans appreciate what he does off the ball. They’d just prefer it if he wasn’t totally ineffectual with it more than one game in every six and counting.
