Liverpool would be a better move for him. Even if RVN left he'd still have Rooney and Saha in there and they had a good season. At Liverpool there is no Mori, Cisse is injured and on the way out ,Crouch is not an out and out scorer and Fowler will be 32 next season whilst FSP's future is undecided.

The 2006 final will always be remembered as the Gerrard final, same as 2001 was the Owen final. That is what will be talked about in years to come.........how Gerrard brought us back from the dead with 2 fantastic goals and an assist. Of course he was MOM on the day but being a team sport other people contributed in their own way. Whilst in years to come those other contributions will be "understandably" forgotten and only Gerrard's brilliance remembered it is inevitable that people will call it the Gerrard final. However for the club to issue a DVD with that title 2-3 weeks after the final is a bit silly. The team won not an individual.

Di Vaio is crap. Didn't he move to Monaco after Valencia or was that on loan? Never seen Kuyt play but just read that he scored 71 goals in 101 games for Feyenoord which should mean he is a more than decent finisher.
