Ok I will defend my stance on this. What Arne achieved was incredible, but then so was what Ranieri achieved at Leicester, in fact even more so. He was sacked 5 minutes later. Jones completely disappeared for spells and he slows the fcking game down too much against shyte teams we should be rampaging over.

I reckon all of them turn up in the Prem to either sink or float, it's a test of ability and toughness both mental and physical. It's a different world to any other league, I get knackered watching sometimes it's so fast. Football is always quicker to play in than it looks from the sidelines, the Premier League is the pinnacle for pace, strength and athleticism, sink or swim. Those who swim generally improve dramatically.

Needs to stop putting his arms behind his back and concentrate on blocking crosses. He needs to get really tight on players and his lack of acceleration when a wide man runs at him is concerning.
