    Three points 1) how come the wages where inflated by 50% overnight - last night five live were reporting £4m per year, this morning £6m. 2) Those people so vocally complaining about the manager not been English - LMA, Coppell, southgate, Ince, ect - who the fec do they propose in place of a man with a record like his? 3) If he doesn't suffer fools & is his own man - will he go along with the reported FA / Beckham lovefest for the next England friendly, when they apparently want Beacsham to be captain when he gets his 100 cap. (personally I would leave him on 99 for now & concentrate on building the team for 2010 - or perhaps the additional £2m is a sweetner to help ease the pain of manipulation?)

    I had what must have been the Voronin Fan Club in front of me in the Main Stand. Obviously on a trip of a lifetime with their Ukrainian Flags an all. (scally near me, not quite knowing the difference between their & the Turkish flag, gave them a 'who are ya', and a couple of flicks of his fingers - class eh?!) They also got recognishing from Voronin at half time & when he came off.

    very interesting. I would hope that there was a move to more of the wage been preformance based than basic - ie lower basics, higher 'point' bonus.
