Paddy 66

You are talking out of your a***

I agree with you, he does get a lot of unfair stick, it's almost become fasishonable on here to have a go at him after every match. Ok he didn't have his best game last night but he wasn't the worst player on show and he did score.

Then he needs to be sold, why keep a player who doesn't fit into the way we play, personally I just don't think he is good enough to be at this club.

Has looked quite good and certainly offers us a lot more than Yossi who has been cr@p this season and wasn't much better last season he should be sold.

Sounds good to me

But they didn't price match them as the SOS trip was £60 and Thomas Cook was £65, they were both announced via their respective websites on the same day, so it really isn't a coincidence and the price is more likely to do with them being the clubs official travel partner rather than anything else. I don't have a problem with SOS organising cheaper coach travel for those fans who wnat to go on their coach but I do have a problem when people try to claim success for them which are actually down to them. I also have an issue with the lack of apparent activity in organising any sustained campaign against the present owners, which I thought was the primary reason SOS was formed.

You know the reason why they had to remove the names of Hicks and Gillett from their aims, can understand some of the stick you get when you make this sort of comment.

He's 6ft 2 meaning he isn't a shorta***

Good point and how do I or other people find out where and when these meeting are? Plus are they open to non members as well as members? I appreciate that L19red is trying to be helpful.

Hyppia had picked up an injury and I think Rafa is concerned about Agger getting back to full match fitness after 11 months out which is understandable. As for the formation, I think we will see a return to the formation we saw at the end of the season until everyone is back from the Olympics.

We are 2 games in and despite playing poorly we have 6 points, we have players to come back in, this season apart from Plessis playing instead of Xabi, what has Rafa done wrong selection wise?

I haven't actually sent them an email, I do appreciate the attempt to answer the points, I'm just a bit sceptical about the direction they have taken unfortunately. An example of the type of reply I was on about, you criticise SOS and you get abuse like this but then they wonder why you don't join ffs.

People like you are part of the problem SOS have, somebody raises a genuine concern but rather than address them, its time for the petty digs and insults. Why would I join an organisation where its supporters, well you and a few others on here, have a go at people for having the audacity to question what SOS are doing or in reality not doing. You say SOS are having a go, but what are they having a go at? If you look at the website is seems they are having a go at setting up a coach travel business and running charity evenings, as of the 10 items on the first page off the news section only 2 are having a go at the owners, 1 reports they had a meeting with Parry, hardly evidence of having a go to put sustained pressure on the owners. Yes I am critical of SOS because they and people like you claim they are the organisation to get rid of the owners and unite behind them but they appear to be concentrating on other issues, where is the sustained pressure on the owners, their bankers etc? Until I see that I'm not going to waste my £10, because I feel thats what it would be at the moment as I feel SOS is unfortunately in danger of losing sight of what it set out to achieve. I also resent it, that if you raise an issue about SOS people like you come on and have a dig, you are doing SOS more harm than good with that type of approach, address the issues and leave the digs out.

Good to see you are giving him ever ychance, well 2-3 games anyway

The biggest issue I have with SOS and the reason I won't join at the moment is that having been started as an organisation to unite the fans against the pair of c***s that own the club, it seems to have lost its focus and when it has raised issues they have caused arguments as a result of the poorly worded statements issued. The issues raised have been ones which the owners could easily counter and lets face it, some of the fans who SOS should be trying to get to join have been annoyed by the issues raised and the statements made. To date the only thing SOS can say have had any success with is organising coaches and a few charity evenings. I'm not knocking there efforts for that as getting cheaper travel for fans but it shouldn't takeover from what should be the primary aim of SOS, to try and get all Liverpool fans united in action against the owners. This will only be done by sticking to the main issues of the lies they told, the way the club is financed, the undermining of Rafa by approaching Klinsman, these are the issues which will get most fans behind SOS. If they do this I believe the perception of SOS will be much improved and organisng coaches and charity evenings on top of this will be rightly seen as an added bonus, not just as I see it the only think they have achieved. I think SOS need to get back to the aims and focus they originally had.
