I honestly don’t know. Interesting a few other posters saying Paris. I didn’t go, but it left a very very bitter taste and I was angry about how the fans were treated for weeks after. And yes it did bring up memories of how the authorities, the media and the rest of the country treated us after Hillsborough. And are still treating us, and I’m sick of their s***. I don’t think watching City win the league most years when we all know it is tainted helps much either. It’s rotten that they’ve got away with. It’s rotten what the Glazers are doing to Utd and what is happening at Newcastle. That still doesn’t really explain it. I hope it doesn’t last as well.

Yeah. I was barely bothered for preseason and I’m still hardly engaged at all. Not even listen to TAW with the same regularity. Us being s*** isn’t helping, but last season seemed to kill something and it hasn’t come back yet, which is weird after 40+ years of being pretty obsessive. I just slept through that until the last 5 minutes as well, but it sounds like the team did as well and I haven’t missed much.

Read something on another site that we are paying for the ARE rebuild without taking a loan out like we did for the main, and I think we did the same with Kirkby. That's where the money is going. Which is good in the mid to long term and for FSG's asset, but less so for the squad. We're caked up to f***, but they're tighter than two coats of paint.

Remember when we signed him a year before he came and he hadn't learned any English? He's got us a bit over a barrel here with one year left, but he wasn't worth an extension last summer. Not ideal timing this either.
