I've got a mate as some of you may remember is an Everton and ManU fan, but did loads of history stuff on English footie and often calls himself a Football fan more than anything else... Anyways recalling his bizarre encyclopedic knowledge of footie during the summer he did a review on this seasons footie and said that this year would be f***ing amazing and very exciting prem league because Arsenal haven't made any changes compared to the rest, so they would get a great start and is theirs to f*** up, Cities money and quality will still be a threat but like Manu and Chelsea they are under new management, Spurs have lost Bale and can spend the money well or craply, the season will tell on that one... SO, basically, this is the most open season we have had in long long time, and so far, he is not wrong.

Souness aggression and skill would be great, but so would a Didi the man you could rely on for a Didi Crumple to relieve the pressure, read the game like no-one else ever has and be an unexpected threat from a free kick or long shot on target. I can also see Sami or Nicol make us even better at the moment. But this is dawn of a new era, so lets enjoy it when we can! Yeah Surf, Lucas is fine, if he could make it up to Didiesque then it would be even better and i think he has the ability to do so.

We had it bad, i dunno that we had it worse than any one, I just think we A) had a manager who stood up to them and made it public which B) confirmed to us the fans that our worst fears of behind the scenes shenanigans were true and we reacted to it.
