I suppose a lot depends on the inclusion of Dalglish as a midfielder. In those days that midfield weighed in with a good share of goals, John Wark had a fantastic eye for goal, if he had been as quick as Rush he would have been as good.

He was inconsistent in the extreme.............He could tackle but couldnt pass water....the reason he kept McMahon out of the side was that Stevie was struggling with a calf injury and it dogged him throughout the run in that season

na, Kev, McDonald was shocking, worst passer in the side, had a few good games, but all in all, he was piss poor
