Seen him play at centre half a fair few times at Derby, and unless he's got more mobile, actually learnt how to head the ball, and how to tackle without giving away daft free kicks then i can't see it lasting.

 

he can hit a pass though, so i reckon he'd do better in a slower paced league...

Most of the time I watch him he can't string together simple passes.

Huddlestone's passing can be a little bit hit and miss at times, but I've seen him play some tremendous balls across the field that Xabi would be proud of.

 

He's also got great technique when it comes to shooting.

 

I think with the right guidance and coaching, he could become a very good player indeed.

With some work he can be tremndous.

Good passer of the ball especially for someone of his size.

 

However he is slow and not very mobile which will hold him back in the premier league.
