Cam Posted November 2, 2007 Posted November 2, 2007 TRAFFIC NEWS: For after the game. If you're heading out of Ewood, turning left and aiming for the M65 you should be okay. If you're turning right, heading for Witton/Buncer Lane/Preston New Road to head for Preston or the M6 then expect delays. The big bonfire & fireworks at Witton has helpfully been scheduled for 7:30pm. It'll be chaotic.

Cooger Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 (edited) Is Mascherano fit? I guess not, so I'd go for this:- -----------------------------Reina-------------------------------- Finnan-----------Carragher----------Hyypia----------------Arbeloa Babel--------------Gerrard------------Leiva------------Benayoun ---------------------Crouch------------Voronin-------------------- Edited November 3, 2007 by Hydie
Guest Budo Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 So, the general consensus seems to be to leave Kuyt out and give Kewell ANOTHER chance. If we're honest, (and that's difficult for Liverpool fans, as any criticism of the club doesn't go down too well), our manager isn't getting the best out of the players.
Cooger Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 So, the general consensus seems to be to leave Kuyt out and give Kewell ANOTHER chance. If we're honest, (and that's difficult for Liverpool fans, as any criticism of the club doesn't go down too well), our manager isn't getting the best out of the players. I think it is tough because most teams would miss Agger, Alonso, Torres, Kewell and when you include the other injuries we've had such as Gerrard, Pennant, Carragher, Arbeloa etc it is hardly ideal. Think we've done extremely well, points-wise under the circumstances. The performances have been the problems but given the quality that is our injured it is hardly a surprise.
Mike S Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Is Mascherano fit?he came on on wednesday so he should be fine. No word on whther Momo is over his ilness though.I expect Masch + Lucas or Momo in CM, with Gerrard right, Benayoun left. Up front, who knows?
Earl Hafler Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 he came on on wednesday so he should be fine. No word on whther Momo is over his ilness though.I expect Masch + Lucas or Momo in CM, with Gerrard right, Benayoun left. Up front, who knows? Crouch with Babel and Benayoun behind would be my choice against Blackburn. Masch in midfield behind Gerrard and Lucas.
Buzz Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Crouch with Babel and Benayoun behind would be my choice against Blackburn. Masch in midfield behind Gerrard and Lucas.Have to say I like the sound of that.
Sion Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Have to say I like the sound of that.Me too, so therefore there's zero chance of it happening!
San Diego Red Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Start Kewell behind Crouch. Gerrard, Masch, Lucas, Benny. Finn, Carra, Hyypia, Arbeloa.

sutty Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 If correct I wonder if that will that be Stevie behind Kuyt or Stevie on the right and Babel up front. Or Benayoun behind Kuyt I guess. Or Kuyt on the right and Stevie and Babel up top... It could be anything!
anfield11 Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Liverpool - Reina, Finnan, Carragher, Hyypia, Riise, Mascherano, Sissoko, Gerrard, Babel, Benayoun, Kuyt. Subs - Martin, Crouch, Kewell, Arbeloa, Lucas. Not bad, but would prefer Arbeloa to Riise.
McBain Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Not bad, but would prefer Arbeloa to Riise. At least we'll have one left footer in there
